THE OPPORTUNITY:

As a Security Personnel at Olode Security, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and security of our premises, personnel, and assets. You will be responsible for maintaining a visible presence, deterring unauthorized activity, and responding effectively to security-related incidents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conducting regular patrols of the premises, both internally and externally.
• Monitoring surveillance equipment and access control systems.
• Controlling access to the facility and verifying credentials.
• Responding to alarms and investigating disturbances.
• Enforcing company security policies and procedures.
• Preparing detailed incident reports.
• Providing assistance and information to employees and visitors.
• Maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor at all times.
• Responding to emergencies and following established protocols.
• Collaborating with other security team members and relevant departments.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Security Personnel or in a related field is highly desirable.
• Excellent observation and surveillance skills.
• A strong sense of responsibility and integrity.
• Ability to remain calm and composed in stressful situations.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of security procedures and protocols.
• Ability to write clear and concise reports.
• Physical fitness and the ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
